Pacific International Lines (PIL) was established by Mr. Zhang Yunzhong in Singapore in 1967. At the initial stage of establishment, the company was mainly engaged in the regional bulk cargo transportation. It promoted container transport service in 1983 for the very first time. It has become one of the largest shipping companies in Asia from bulk cargo transportation company and ranks the 19th among the world container transportation companies.
CST is mainly responsible for the following voyage lines of PIL:
South Africa: the closing date and opening date of Shekou are on Thursday and Friday respectively with direct voyage of 16days- CAPE TOWN-20 days. JOHANNESBURG transfers in DURBAN in the 18th day with stable sailing date and sufficient ship spaces. The service at destination port is popular among the consignees;
West Africa: the closing date and opening date of SHEKOU are on Thursday and Friday respectively with direct voyage
APAPA—TEMA—COTONOU-ABIDJAN-LOME
The sailing date is stable, the voyage is fast and the service at destination port is excellent;
Australia: the closing date and opening date of SHEKOU are on Friday and Saturday respectively with direct voyage to SYDNEY –MELBOURNE- BRISBANE; the sailing date is stable and price is favorable;
WCSA: the closing date and opening date of SHEKOU are on Friday and Sunday respectively with direct voyage
